We would like to reassure everyone that we are taking every precaution to safely provide Dental Services during the current Coronavirus Pandemic.
The Chief Dental Officer for England allowed reopening of Dental Practices for face to face appointments from 8th June 2020 but with guidelines which permit only restricted services.
If you have Covid 19 or you are a contact of a Covid 19 case, you will be self isolating and we will not be able to offer a face to face appointment. However, please still contact us for telephone advice and we may be able to help delay treatment. If you are in need of emergency or urgent dental care we can arrange a referral for you.
Current prioritisation for appointments -
1. Emergencies and Urgent problems -
We will endeavour to attend to your problem within 24 hours.
2. Incomplete Treatment -
We were unable to complete some treatments for some patients due to the lockdown from March 2020.
We are now trying to ensure treatment for this group of patients is now being completed.
3. Routine Appointments
We are now providing routine care again but do have limited appointments and a back log to work through.
We will prioritise patients with greater need e.g those with certain medical or physical conditions which requires regular dental care.
We will be in contact with everyone in due course but please telephone the Practice if you want to speak to us.
We understand you may not want to return for Dental Care just yet. You may be shielding or caring for a vulnerable person. Please be rest assured you will remain on our patient list and we are here when/if you need us.
The pandemic continues and the advice and guidelines continue to change on an almost daily basis. We will make the appropriate responses as and when needed and keep everyone informed.
